  • Be living in Australia
  • Be a holder of ABN and registered with GST
  • Be a Registered Migration Agent in Australia or intend to become
  • Maintain your own Registration with MARA and follow the code of conduct.
  • Do CPD Continuing Professional Development and apply renewal for your registration with MARA
  • Hold a valid Professional indemnity insurance (as required by MARA)
